<p>There comes a point in the fight with obesity where you may just say, &ldquo;Forget diet and exercise, I need weight loss medication!&rdquo; The good news is that there are a wide variety of weight loss drugs on the market today. The bad news is, there&rsquo;s pretty much never going to be a circumstance where you can truly forget about diet or exercise. The best way to loose weight is to work on making permanent changes to your routine that will improve your overall fitness level. This will improve the results of your exercise program, along with burning fat while you are not even working out.</p>
<p>There are two ways to increase your body&#8217;s metabolism:  Increase physical activity and eat smaller meals throughout the day.  Both of these will require a bit of a lifestyle adjustment, but they can be done long-term if worked in gradually as a part of living a healthier life.  It is not that hard to find ways to sneak in a bit of exercise, even with today&#8217;s busy schedules.
